Acceptance of Terms

By using Picky, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept, do not use the app.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Picky for personal and non-commercial use on your mobile device.

App Features

Picky allows you to:

• Organize and manage your photos and videos
• Delete content from your photo library
• Create favorite albums
• View personal usage statistics

User Responsibility

IMPORTANT: Photo deletion through Picky is permanent. You are responsible for:

• Verifying that deleted photos are the correct ones
• Maintaining backups of important photos
• Using the app carefully

Picky includes an "Undo" feature to recover recent accidental deletions, but we do not guarantee recovery in all cases.

Limitation of Liability

Picky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of deleted photos or videos
• App errors or malfunctions
• Incompatibility with your device
• Data loss due to app uninstallation or device reset

Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the app at any time
• Update features
• Fix bugs and issues

Picky, its logo, design, and code are the exclusive property of Mattia Salardi. All rights reserved.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by English law. For disputes, the courts of London have jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
